Buildings, warehouses and the land property have their own vibrations, especially if the building is old.  With a co-creative treatment plan, and an energetic clearing the result is a higher lighter vibration to increased prosperity to the owners and improved morale for productivity.  


The CoCreative Steps

1. We connect either through email or a fifteen minute complimentary call to decide if we are a good fit to co-create together. Some of the discussion points:  A. to decide if property and the building(s) are to be done together as a complete package or only the property and later the building(s),  B.If the property is occupied or not. It is a faster energetic space clearing  process if the property is empty. 
2.  Client emails me their address and  photos of the front and back of building and a Google Earth photo of the whole property.  Payment is made through Paypal.
3.  I use Google Earth to view the property and read the energy of the land under the house to the property lines.
4. I co-create with the divine energy,  and the  land's vibration to remove any heavy energy and create a lighter energy flow.  
5. After the initial property clearing work, I check weekly with the client to insure the clearing is a gentle process of change.  This gentle slow process takes about  three weeks.  
6. After the property is cleared many clients want the interior of their home or buildings done too.   This requires the client to Facetime, or to Skype with me and we roam the home to clear pockets of dense stuck energy, such as in a bathroom.
7. Again,  another short weekly check-in for three weeks. During this time clients participate in the cocreative steps by following  through with the Feng Shui suggestions, such as rounded leaf plants instead of pointed leaves plants by the front door. 
8.  Congratulations We are done!
9. I recommend a yearly check-in for the home.  Sooner if something has happened, such as an accident or a home remodel.
