LOL, terrific topic for the Now Moment. My camera is not working so no Facebook Live today. So here is the message. This is an incredible opportunity for knowing yourself, self-love and self-growth. Oscar Wilde quote," To expect the unexpected shows a thoroughly modern intellect." How poignant is this quote for our global times. A friend of mine, Joe Bowie wrote this to his sister for encouragement. . Her sister quoted him on her facebook feed, "How wonderful it is to continue to grow and evolve. And as long as I am willing, open, and my intentions are true I would continue to do amazing things." Amazing things can be a new recipe, he is a professional baker and former dancer. Amazing things can be a doing a puzzle, gardening, new tunes to learn, learning a new or almost forgotten skill, amazing things can be a Zoom meeting with long time not forgotten friends. It could be as important as having time to spend with your children. You will always learn something from children. All we have is now. So breathe, smile and enjoy a walk with nature.
